Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with the Company regarding your interstate move, we offer an arbitration program as required by FMCSA regulations. Before proceeding to arbitration, we encourage you to first contact our claims department to resolve the issue directly.
Arbitration Process
- You may request arbitration for loss, damage, or overcharge claims
- Arbitration is available for disputes under $10,000
- You must file a written claim with us first and allow 60 days for response
- Arbitration decisions are binding
- The arbitration program is provided at no cost for claims under $5,000
How to File
To initiate the arbitration process, submit a written request to our claims department including your booking number, description of the dispute, and desired resolution. Contact us at our claims department.
This arbitration program applies to interstate household goods shipments as regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). For intrastate moves, dispute resolution is governed by applicable state law.
