To choose your valuation coverage option
To receive the "Your Rights and Responsibilities" booklet before your move
To be present at the weighing of your shipment
To file a claim for loss or damage within 9 months of delivery
To dispute charges through the arbitration process
To receive prompt claim settlement (within 120 days)

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your shipment
Be available during pickup and delivery windows
Inspect your belongings at delivery and note any damage
Pay charges as agreed upon in your contract
File claims promptly if you discover loss or damage
