- To receive a written estimate before your move
- To choose between binding and non-binding estimates
- To choose your valuation coverage option
- To receive the "Your Rights and Responsibilities" booklet before your move
- To be present at the weighing of your shipment
- To file a claim for loss or damage within 9 months of delivery
- To dispute charges through the arbitration process
- To receive prompt claim settlement (within 120 days)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your shipment
- Be available during pickup and delivery windows
- Inspect your belongings at delivery and note any damage
- Pay charges as agreed upon in your contract
- File claims promptly if you discover loss or damage
